The children of the two racing legends, Herbert Müller and Jo Siffert, know each other well. So well, in fact, that Véronique and Philippe Siffert, along with Daniel Müller, are now carrying on the deep friendship that bound their fathers, “Seppi” and “Stumpen-Herbie.” But this project also required the vision of the Jo Siffert Association, led by Norbert Wicht. With his tireless team, he was able to connect the numbers 90/55/45 to this friendship that spans generations, giving birth to this wonderful project.
The idea took shape in the aisles of Swiss Classic World, at automotive events, and over a glass of good wine. Three children carrying on the legacy of two motorsport legends, sharing memories, anecdotes, and a shared perspective on the past. Norbert Wicht then asked, “What if we created an event to celebrate your fathers’ careers?”
At the time, the two pilots who tragically lost their lives were friends. Daniel Müller still remembers it very well:
“Jo Siffert and my father, Herbie, were very close; they were always joking around. And Jo’s kind attitude toward everyone—including me when I was a child—left a deep impression on me and continues to influence me to this day.”
From this shared memory emerged a significant project: a memorial honoring two leading figures in Swiss motorsports

Historic vehicles, personal items, and mementos from their careers: a journey back to an era when courage mattered more than electronics and friendship took precedence over rivalry. As indicated on the official poster, the exhibition will run for nearly six months in Murten. A must-see event for all enthusiasts of Swiss automotive history.
